Wat een gezeik allemaal, en dan ook nog alle text in het nederlands. Heb je niets beters te doen. Als het je niet bevalt ga je toch naar een andere winkel 🙂

why are these people defending AH? The AH’s in Amsterdam are awful, end of story. In some parts of town there are not any other options. People have the right, and in some cases, duty to complain.
Oh yeah, if you don’t like that the blog is in english, don’t read it… I hate to burst your bubble, but blogs are about communicating with people and I suspect that more people understand english than nederlands.
I ask the defenders the same question: Don’t you have something better to do? Is this your biggest problem? If you don’t like it, why don’t you go read another blog?

I had the same experience in another AH in Houten..plus when I asked a questions where I could find a certain product the guy told he just started his shift didn’t know the answer and did not care. Ask somebody else please…Unbelievable does AH not care about their customers?
Hoezo oude foto’s.. let maar op de bonus kaartjes vind het een beetje achterhaald.. paar foto’s van lege schappen in diverse winkels.. ook zoals die van het vlees dat is gewoon de dag voor kerst.. dan draait die ah een omzet van 800.000 euro vind je het gek dat het schap er zo uit ziet.. maak een blog i love ah en je hebt perfect gespiegelde paden. tis maar hoe je het presenteerd.. duidelijk zo’n jumbo boy..
iedereen weet zelf hoe zijn of haar ah.. (want hij zit gewoon heerlijk bij iedereen OM DE HOEK) er uit ziet en als het je niet bevalt ga je toch naar een andere super!

i’m working at ah AH for five years now. you’re right when you say there are lots of stores where nothing is right! but NOBODY here tells the good stuff.. NOBODY tell’s at what time the pictures where taken. I know from my own store that the picture at the meats department where taken around christmas.. it won’t surprise me if this picture was taken between 18:00 and 19:00 christmas eve,.. one hour before the most stores are closed for two days!! meats are made to be sold FRESH (as you say youreselfs many times)! so first morning after christmas almost everything was probibly avalible, but nope nobody wrote that after he made this picture..
this was just one picture, anyone can tell a different story about one picture!
MAYBE the pictures of the bread department where taken at closing time!
MAYBE the store was closing for renovation
MAYBE this is the AH at museumplein at queensday
pictures don’t say evereything!

but let me remind you my second sentence:

The pictures are posted the same day they are taken. And as a consumer I wouldn’t be allowed to enter the store after closing time. My latest pictures where taken on Tuesday 10th of Feb. around 18:00 so it was a very “normal” day.
BUT when it comes to reader pictures I can’t tell when they are taken.
Face it, Amsterdam is a rotten city. The people who live there deserve a supermarket like this.

en maar zeiken. Kanker dan weg uit Nederland! He tis te hopen dat je het land wordt uitgetyft als de PVV in de regering komt.
oh oh oh, wat erg, AH is zo groot…nou, als dat een hotitem is in je leven, is je leven al mislukt nog voordat je als ongeluk geboren werd.
sterf toch de ergste dood, geniepig, eng abject, verklikker en verrader. je bent zo’n snicky. hoop dat je onder een autobus kapot en plat wordt gereden, met je moeder erbij!
1. Je engels is beroerd. Je bent waarschijnlijk zo’n wannabe die het stoer vind om zich in het engels uit te drukken. Tip 1: Blijf vooral naar school gaan.
2. Het is niet zo bijzonder moeilijk om lege schappen te fotograferen. Bovenal zie je op je foto’s waarop je “misstanden” probeert aan te geven, op de achtergrond duidelijk dat de schappen netjes gevuld zijn. Schappen zijn nou eenmaal leeg, zeker als men aan het bijvullen/spiegelen is.

dat zijn overduidelijk uiteindes van de stukken vlees, dat wordt gewoon altijd afgeboekt, en dus niet verkocht

Luckily i dont live that close to an AH. But i love the AH garlic bread so i once specifically went to AH to get it. On returning home and opening it it turned out the tin thingy it comes in had burst and the dough had ‘leaked’ into the package leaving it nice and fungusy. Because i didnt want to bike back and complain i took photos and emailed them. Their reply was :U kunt het artikel
omruilen in de winkel voor een nieuw exemplaar of u kunt het aankoopbedrag
terugkrijgen. Dit geldt voor alle producten onder de 50 euro en bij
voorkeur op vertoon van de kassabon en/of de verpakking van het artikel. I replied to them and sent photos saying i didnt care about the money but because they stress so much about “quality” i thought it was atrocious; i also wasnt going to touch let alone go anywhere with the package!!
AH never replied. If ever i feel like going there i buy two products and the till lady’s like “thats 10 euros please” wtf?! I shop at Lidl and even though everyone says their quality is bad etc, its much better than AH, and like paying your shopping bill at AH you’re always surprised at Lidl aswell but because its so cheap!
